We are trying to make the ordering process as easy as possible. Please have a look at our online shop, find the products that you like and add them to the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on the button called ‘Proceed to Checkout’ and you will be asked for your billing details and delivery details. At the end, you can review the order and enter your payment details.
We accept any debit and credit cards payments. We accept most credit and debit card payments, Visa, Mastercard, American Express etc. You can also send and pay for flowers orders over the phone by calling us. If you are shopping from outside of Ireland, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own local currency.
Orders that are cancelled online or via the phone are subject to a cancellation fee.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when payment has been processed. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
If you require specific flowers please telephone at least 24 hours before you require your order to be delivered.
Our delivery service is available only within the Dublin, Ireland area.
Delivery schedule orders received before 1pm Monday to Saturday Ireland time for Ireland delivery will be delivered on the same day if required.
Orders with a specified delivery date will be delivered on that day (note must be received before 1pm same day cut off time shown above).
We don’t offer timed deliveries, except for funeral tributes.
Please contact us by telephone if you have an emergency order.
On acceptance by us of your Order Form we will advise you by e-mail confirmation of the intended delivery date. We will process Order received on Sundays or Public Holidays the next working day. We do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays but in this case we will deliver the product you request on the next working day.
Please note that anomalies in your submitted personal details may lead to problems or delays in delivery, so before placing your order, please ensure that you have included the full address details, including accurate postcode of the intended recipient and a daytime contact telephone number or e-mail address so that we can notify you and / or the recipient in the event that any delivery problems are encountered.
Whilst we agree to use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that delivery will be on the requested delivery date you acknowledge that in very occasional circumstances delivery on the requested terms will not be possible. In such circumstances you will be given prior notice wherever possible and we shall either make alternative arrangements or shall reimburse your payment in full.
Orders are delivered only ONE TIME. If the recipient is not home the flowers/plants are returned to the shop and a delivery note will be left informing the recipient that flowers/plants have tried to be delivered and to collect from the shop.
If a neighbour is home we will try and leave the flowers/plants with them providing they are willing to take responsibility for the delivery.
If the recipient is physically unable to collect their flowers/plant a new delivery date will be arranged with the recipient at Fingal Flowers earliest convenience.
Fingal Flowers are not responsible for theft or damage of flowers, plants or sundries if left.
In case of delivery to certain locations where a third party is involved, such as offices, hospitals, airports, hotels, ships and other business locations, the signature of any person authorised to accept delivery on behalf of the organisation shall be accepted as proof of delivery to your chosen recipient. Please be advised that we are unable to deliver wines, and plants to Funeral Directors, Hospitals, airports or ships.
Please note that we are only responsible for delivering against signature to the address you quote (or an imminent neighbour if no one is at home) we regret that where goods have been correctly delivered we can not accept responsibility if the intended recipient has moved, or lives elsewhere, and the actual received refuses or fails to return item(s).
It is possible to select a preferred delivery time within the order process in the Delivery Notes field. Please use this option only for orders requesting delivery to funerals or funeral parlours. Whilst every effort will be made to ensure your order is delivered prior to the time selected, no guarantee for delivery by the time specified can be given. To assist us in meeting your preference, please ensure your order is placed at least one working day prior to the preferred delivery time.
In the instance of there being difficulties in delivering your order to the intended recipient we reserve the right to contact the recipient using the contact details you provide on the Order Form during the checkout process.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed via our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 256 bit encryption. They are not held in clear text on any website.
We guarantee your complete satisfaction.

Please note: because of the perishable nature of products and in order to assist us in resolving any complaints quickly, we advise you to make any complaint within 1 working day of the date of delivery or intended delivery of your purchase.
All products listed on this website, which can vary from time to time, are available in Dublin.
Please note that some products, flowers and plants may be harmful or poisonous. If you require more details before submitting an order, please contact us via the contact form or by telephone.
All our products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute a product of equivalent value and quality without notice.
In the event that we are unable to supply the product or any substitute product to you at all, we shall notify you as soon as is reasonably possible and shall reimburse your payment in full and in any event no later than 30 days after the intended delivery date.

We reserve the right to replace brands shown to equal value and quality.
Under the Licensing Act of 1964 (UK) and 1976 (Scotland) it is an offence for any person under 18 years to buy, or attempt to buy, alcoholic liquor. It is an offence under sections 32 and 33 of the intoxicating Liquor Act 1988 (Ireland) for any person under 18 to buy, or attempt to buy, intoxicating liquor. It is an offence under Licensing (Northern Ireland) Order 1990 for any person under 18 to buy, or attempt to buy, intoxicating liquor.

Cancellation of Orders
Orders can be amended or cancelled up to 24 hours before the intended delivery date.
If you wish to amend or cancel your order, please get in touch with us using the contact form or by telephone during business hours. Please note that orders that are cancelled online or via the phone are subject to a cancellation fee.
You are entitled to cancel any payment at any time if your credit or debit card has been used fraudulent by another person, not acting on your behalf or as your agent and to be re-credited by us to the extent that such sums are not reimbursed by the card issuer in such circumstances.
Refunds may occasionally be given at the discretion of the management. Because of the perishable nature of our products you are advised to make any complaint within 1 working day of the delivery of your flowers. We always endeavour to reach an agreement with the recipient for either for a replacement or a refund depending upon the nature of the complaint.
